Preparing for your day
Please make sure all people getting services arrive with clean faces and clean dry hair. Drinking plenty of water is always good for our skin and will help to lesson dark circles under the eyes as well as reduce puffiness and keeps skin clear. All of which will help illuminate the natural self with the makeup.
In the event that the contracted makeup artist is unable to perform the services agreed upon due to an emergency, illness or unexpected occurrence, a trusted substitute artist will be assigned and informed of the contracted and discussed arrangements.
Service Location and requirements
Location of service for the day of event will be at the discretion of the client. A setup table/work area needs to be made available for the makeup artist at said location. Ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or lamps is necessary for services to be performed properly. Access to a power socket is also essential for doing hair services on location.
General Service locations include but are not limited to the Greater Toronto Area, York Region and Simcoe County. Any travel fees are fairly prepared by the makeup artist and are presented as one flat fee.
All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and thoroughly cleaned at each job. Additionally, products are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition/allergy should be reported by the client to the artist prior to application.
The final balance is due on the day of the event as one payment when the makeup artist arrives – No exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) who has signed the contract. Payment accepted via EFT or Cash. After payment is received, receipt is issued.
After a makeup and hair application is completed and the artist has left the premises, it is the client's responsibility to maintain the makeup/hair. The artist will no longer be held responsible for ensuing circumstances.
Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the reserved date or the client will be responsible for the full amount of services agreed upon in this contract.
